Eric Shepard brings 20 years of Travel and Hospitality technology experience, with a focused consulting practice built on operator-level expertise and a track record of meaningful outcomes.
As a senior leader, Eric has contributed to three successful exits — experience that gives him a rare perspective on what it takes to build, scale, and position a company for acquisition. His career began on the front lines of hospitality tech sales, working with hundreds of hotels and restaurant clients and cultivating deep relationships across the ecosystem that continue to pay dividends today.
Eric founded TRILL Travel, the first AI-powered social commerce platform for travel, which he successfully sold to Lonely Planet. He also led Go-to-Market for Hopper's B2B Fintech division.
On the consulting side, Eric has partnered with companies including ResortPass, Trova Trip, Marco Experiences, and Oasis Collection — advising across GTM strategy, business development, partnerships and distribution, commercial strategy, and fundraising.
