TMB Systems Group (TMB) is a specialist technology partner with a strong focus on the hospitality sector, providing managed IT, cyber security, infrastructure, cloud, communications and consultancy services. TMB supports customers through a 24/7/365 service desk, providing day-to-day assistance to users while also monitoring and managing the wider technology environment.
A key part of the service is acting as an extension of a customer’s own IT team. In addition to resolving end-user issues, TMB can manage incidents involving third-party hotel technology suppliers, including PMS, POS, Wi-Fi, access control, telephony and connectivity providers. This gives hotel teams a single point of contact, with TMB coordinating technical troubleshooting, escalation and resolution with the relevant supplier.
Cyber security is integrated into TMB’s managed service approach, covering areas such as managed SOC, endpoint detection and response, vulnerability management, patching, backups, incident response and security monitoring. TMB also manages and supports hotel infrastructure including networks, switches, Wi-Fi and Microsoft cloud environments. Beyond operational support, TMB works with customers on IT strategy, helping align short, medium and long-term technology plans with operational requirements, budgets and wider business objectives.
TMB also provides specialist project management and consultancy for hotel openings, refurbishments and rebrandings. Its experienced project managers and consultants can support the complete technology lifecycle, from design and budgeting through procurement and installation, ensuring that solutions meet both operational and brand requirements and that individual hotel systems integrate effectively.
Having supported the opening, refurbishment or rebranding of more than 250 hotels over the past 20 years, TMB has extensive experience working with both international brands and independent hotels. This experience enables TMB to coordinate multiple technology suppliers, manage project budgets and administer third-party technology RFI and RFP processes where required, giving owners and operators a single experienced technology partner throughout the project.
